We offer a 14-day free trial on initial signup. No credit card is required during the trial period. Continued access after the trial requires a paid subscription at $29/month. Billing is handled securely through our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use this platform for lawful educational purposes only. You retain all intellectual property rights to session notes, lesson plans, and content you create using our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to enter and manage student information within the platform. Student data entered by educators is managed solely by the educator and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
This platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding application uptime or data permanence. We strive for reliable service and perform regular data backups, but we are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
