• Educator information: name, email address, professional credentials
• Student progress records and session data entered by the educator
• Usage data: login timestamps, feature usage for product improvement
• Billing information: handled entirely by our payment provider, we do not store payment card details

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the platform
• Send product updates and notifications you have opted into
• Process billing and subscription management
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

3. Student Data & Children's Privacy

Student progress records are entered and managed exclusively by educators. Students do not create accounts or directly interact with the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Educators are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians before entering student information into the platform.

4. Public Report Links

Educators may generate shareable report links for individual students. These links expose only progress data selected by the educator — including mastery milestones, fluency trends, and session summaries. No private session notes or internal tutor notes are exposed through public links. Educators may revoke access to these links at any time through the platform.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to secure all data in transit and at rest. Access to student records is strictly limited to the educator who created them. We perform regular backups to protect against data loss.

6. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication
• Vercel — application hosting
• Polar.sh — billing and subscription management

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and comply with applicable privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and student records will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may export your data at any time through the Settings page before deleting your account.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
